the military is focused on solving specific problems, so they fly on routes that usually pass much higher than passenger airlines. the answer to how high military planes fly in feet will depend on the aircraft’s purpose and its power plant type. a combat vehicle with a turbojet engine can gain 90,000 feet; for a ramjet, the limit will be around 150,000. most modern fighters, such as the f22, f35 or eurofighter, can fly at altitudes around 65,000 feet.

note: the statistical model was developed using data from 50 (out of 53) countries in the european region and 15 (out of 35) countries in the region of the americas to predict total death counts for countries for which observed deaths are not available. country data included in the estimation process was not adjusted for under-reporting. the accuracy of the intervals is reliant on the accuracy of both the reported total death counts by countries and upon the modelled expected counts.
